More Deburring/Countersinking/etc Center Fuse Parts
Same as yesterday...no exciting pictures for today. I just did some more deburring/countersinking of the center fuse parts. Tomorrow morning I'm going to the EAA chapter 690 pancake breakfast (yum!) and in the afternoon I'm going to continue to work on the plane. If it doesn't rain tomorrow evening I can hopefully get around to priming all of this stuff and maybe start riveting it together.
One thing I'm struggling with is weather or not to rivet in the seat pans and baggage floors or if I should use nutplates and screws. There are certain advantages to using screws...it seems like the baggage area would be a fantastic place to put control boxes for certain avionics, etc. Also, I'm going to be putting my headset jacks up on the roll structure area (a la Terry Jantzi) so it would be nice to be able to in there if I ever need to service those wire runs. Hmm....too many decisions....
