Got a lot of riveting done today...but I didn't make my goal of flipping the fuselage. I'm actually still a ways away from that. I spent a while riveting the forward parts...and on the left (seen here) almost all the side skin stuff is riveted. I had to leave for a little while. Jaime's was out shopping and got a flat tire...so I had to go change it. Now she has the Mickey Mouse tire on there.
Then Jaime came out and help me rivet the F-705 bulkheads to the skins and also the vertical baggage bulkheads.
And she also helped me start riveting this joint. It came out well, but she couldn't buck a couple of them...so I'm going to wait and get Burton to help me rivet those.
How about another picture for fun. You can see that basically all I have left is the bottom skin (including where it joins to the F-704) and the forward skin to aft fuselage joint seen in the right here in this photo.
While Jaime was shopping she bought me a new rubber mallet. You can see what has happened to the old one on the left. This is from constant banging on the c-frame tool while dimpling skins.
