Flying Spam Cans To Keep Current
Today Jaime and I rented a Cessna and flew over to Rome to have lunch with my parents. I also gave my cousin a ride and he loved it...his first time in an airplane.
The above photo is of Lake Lanier.
The flight back was absolutely beautiful as we were flying between a haze layer (about 4000) and a broken layer (about 9000). Absolutely gorgeous. We had a 20+knot headwind the entire time, but the air was smooth and the view made the slower groundspeed tolerable. I still had that nagging thought about how much money that headwind was costing me though. Renting sucks. Gotta finish this airplane!
