Major Progress Riveting the Aft Fuse
Today Burton came over as promised and helped me rivet the aft fuselage. We got everything except the very last 'bay' (and the rivets above the upper j-channels, which don't get riveted yet to allow the longerons to be inserted when joining the center section to the aft fuse).
Here's a close-up up the work. Burton shoots very nice rivets.
Here you can see that there are far fewer rivets now than before. We did all the stringers and bulkheads (except the aft-most one).
Now I've got another big part of the airplane to go along with the nice wings. Thanks again for the help, Burton.
