Riveted Roll Bar
Note: I've been slow updating the website because our Mac (the computer I've been using to store pictures and stuff on) crapped out and now we had a buy another computer. So these updates are actually being made on 12/10).
Today I finally got around to riveting the roll bar together. You can see that obviously I primed this sucker first then squeezed the rivets attaching the strips to the forward channels.
Then a zillion pop-rivets (on the aft-channel) and a couple of sore wrists and the hole thing is riveted together. Yes, I did remember to include the angle that attaches to the channel.
...and I also remembered to cut out these little access holes in the aft channels as well. These holes allow you to access the nuts and bolt heads that hold this whole thing on.
