Plane Home From Paint Shop
Today I picked my plane up from Tuscaloosa. I spent pretty much all day there getting control surfaces reattached. I'm very satisfied with the work, but too tired to post any meaningful comment here. Just enjoy the pictures. I have a few maintenance tasks to perform on the plane, but for the most part now it's time for me to enjoy my little creation.
Growing up off the approach end of runway 1 at RMG I never thought I would see the day when I would be able to own such a machine. To all the builders out there, keep going. Don't get frustrated. It will fly. To all the dreamers, stop being a dreamer and become a builder. To all the doubters who thought I would not finish, I would like to say...well...it would not be very nice for me to say it. ;-)
I HEREBY DECLARE N622JP TO BE DONE...D....O....N....E! (even though airplanes are never done...there's always something to do).
